The 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bungendore Tigers Junior Rugby League Football Club (Bungendore JRLFC Inc.) will be held at the Meeting room<\/b>,\u00a0Mick Sherd Oval, Bungendore<\/b> at 6:30pm<\/b> on Tuesday 15th November 2022<\/b>.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Agenda<\/h1>
  1. Confirmation of the minutes of the preceding AGM<\/li>
  2. Receive Committee and office-bearer reports on the Club’s activities during the previous financial year<\/li>
  3. To elect members of the Commitee<\/li>
  4. Receive and consider the statement of accounts and reports<\/li>
  5. To elect any Honorary Life Members<\/li>
  6. Transact any other business (subject to prior notification as per below)<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Election of Committee Members<\/h2>

    In accordance with the Club’s constitution, all positions will be declared vacant at the AGM. Nominations will be accepted prior to the AGM via email to the Secretary or during the AGM (in person). Nominations must be seconded by a current Club member.\u00a0<\/p>

    Persons unable to attend the AGM in person may nominate in writing to the Secretary, via email to\u00a0Secretary@bungendoretigers.com.au<\/a>\u00a0– no later than five (5) days prior to the AGM<\/b>. Written advice should include the Club member seconding the application.<\/p>

    The Committee may seek assistance in areas of Club operations if and as required (e.g. Canteen Manager).<\/p>

    Mandatory Committee positions include:<\/p>

    1. President<\/li>
    2. Vice President<\/span><\/li>
    3. Secretary<\/span><\/li>
    4. Treasurer<\/span><\/li>
    5. Registrar\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
